WarriorToo, Chapter 2

Ok.  Looks like I have played these guys without pictures to back up play.  So upon loading the lot, this is what the family looked like:

Dang.  All the kids with the exception of Donny had aged up to teen.  Here is a rundown:

Apparently Great had gotten his job in the Slacker field.  As you can see, he is not in a good mood, so promotions are probably coming pretty slow.  Just hoping to get that chance card that will pour all kinds of funds into the kitty so they can get a house built.  That should improve moods.

Barry grew up to be a Fortune Sim, and his LTW is to earn $100,000.  Hmmmm..can probably get this done before he grows up and leaves home.  Looky at that.  He is getting an A in school.  And, he wants to get into Private School.  Well a stab might be made for that, but it is highly unlikely he will get in.

Alexandra is also a Fortune Sim, and she wants to become The Law.  Look, another A, and a wish to get into Private School.

Tough buy Cisco is a Knowlege Sim, and wants to be a World Class Ballet Dancer.  HAHAHA!  He wants to go to Uni too...that is a possibility.  Another A.

Ivy is a Family Sim, and wants to raise 20 puppies or kittens.  Could happen if ASimWen stuck around on this lot long enough.  Another A student.

Penny is a Popularity Sim, and wants to be a Hall of Famer.  :)  She is also getting an A in school.  Oh look, she wants to plant a seed.  I will note that they had a small garden with tomato plants that actually survived the mild winter.  She must have worked the plants.

And Donny is only 2 days from becoming a Teen himself, is struggling to bring that A home, and wants to grow up well.

You might be wondering how these kids got As when nobody wanted to do homework?  Heh.  The person(s) who was in the best mood would sit around and do everyone's homework whilst the others worked up needs and moods.  It really was a case of ring around the rosey with homework.  He left standing up was "out of the game..." or had to do the homework.

After school flamingo kicking.  Penny is sooo upset?  A quick check of her memories reveals she lost two fights to Alexandra.

You're a mean one, Alexandra.  And pretty skilled too if you can noogie through Cisco's cowboy hat.

Alrighty that night after homework and fulfilling needs, was the daily digging to get a cash infusion.  Let's face it, the Slacker career doesn't pay much, really.

The vase brought in a couple of hundred bucks...bone a little bit.

Ah.  This brought in $400.  Altogether this night, $1,000 was deposited into the family bank.

Penny is so kind, she is able to get evil Cisco to sit down and hang out.  Little Donny wants to write in his diary, but can never get any privacy to do so.

Yup, good for Great.  He ws even in red aspiration when he went to work.  Not only was it promotion day for Great, but it was also somebody's birthday!

Hi there little Donny!  Don't you look sauve in that ...er....bubble vest.  Hey Donny, what do you want to do with your life?

Woo max seven skills!  Hmmm....Perhaps, perhaps......

This is how the kids stay warm.  Stand around in the tiny kitchen and drink hot chocolate and eat.  This also forces them to make polite conversation which brings up friendship points.  It isn't quite big enough for them to fist fight.

Well, Great and the kids had sold enough objects out of the yard to build on a dining room and a split bathroom.  Also enlarged the kitchen.  Hurrah!  No more showering and using the toilet outside.

Now they can sit around the table and eat.  Sandwiches.  None of the kids attempt cooking.

And the friendships continue to develop!  Yay!

The digging continues.  Great's job is not bringing in much, and the promotions are slow coming in.  Oh wait, we need to get Great a girlfriend, maybe he would start throwing wishes to date....

Enter Marisa Bendett.  Great chats up Marisa while the kids continue digging.

All the kids want cleaning skills...they are tired of the yard being full of holes and dirty dishes all over the place.  Even though they are really sloppy individuals. I find this funny.

Well now.  I didn't know that things were "found" while hiking.  I just learned something new about this game. SOLD!  Or maybe I did know it, and just forgot.

Great's life consists of sleeping, skilling, and talking to Marisa on the phone.  One of these days she will like him enough to accept a date.  Then hopefully Great will start throwing wishes to date, thus putting him in a better mood to get job promotions.  And, maybe get some date gifts.

The kids don't totally lean on the flamingos for fun.

Ivy spies Alexandra attempting to catch the first butterflies of the season.

Ivy decides to take a date with Gavin Newson.  Everything was going along swimmingly!  She tried a couple of little flirts with Gavin.....oh my.

Ouch.  Apparently sweet sweet Penny had feelings for Gavin.  She ain't acting so sweet right now!

Penny joins the Hate Club...man I never realized what a funny looking mouth Gavin has.

Woot a promotion!  Marisa is definitely an asset for Great!

And that night happily dancing, Marisa tells Great she doesnt' care for him after all.  But Great decided not to let a little ol' thing like repulsion bother him!

Despite Penny's social anxiety about Gavin dating her sister Ivy, she had enough aspiration points to purchase this handy dandy machine.  It will be used sparingly.  Great may need it to keep up his strength for Marisa.

Whoops, somebody tried to make food in the microwave, and a fire alarm has not been purchased.
The one closest to the phone is Barry.  They are all wondering where Great is...and hating it because he is not present to put out the fire.  Marisa ran inside to see the fire, so that means he was probably having a little Marisa squeeze time outside.

Barry managed to call the fire department....but not before Cisco whipped out the extinguisher and made like putting out the flames in short order fashion.  There really wasn't much for the fireman to do once he got inside.

WOOT!  I know what this is....the is the "Date Present Sneak".  It's Gavin's brother Isaiah leaving a date present.   Hooow much money will teh family get for this?

Really?????  He sure looks darn proud of himself.  Must have been a "thanks for the good outing" present.  The kids are always bringing others home with them from school.

Looks like this place isn't the utopia the kids were making it up to be.  Donny and Ciscso cheer the fighters on.

The drama of the fight is over, and it looks like Alexandra lost.  This photo is perfect as it shows a whole range of emtions all at once.  Look we're dancing!  Look I am crying!  Look I am stinky!  Look I am hungry!  heh

Ah well the big weekend is over, and the kids have been back to school.  They now must work up their fun in order to get the homework done....and to have a little fun with friends!

So Great and Marisa and Ivy and Gavin have a date.  Looks like things are going well!

Woo!  This should result in a great date gift!

FAAAAAN-TASTIC!

Then, it was at this point I shut down the game, right in the middle of these two dates thinking everything was ok.

Wait until you see what happened the next time I fired up the game....ooooh my.

And this is where this chapter ends!

Thank you for reading!

WarriorToo, Chapter 1

All I can say is this family keeps ones eyes glued on the screen, not wanting to pause to take pictures and the like.  There seems to be lots of churning emotions going on all the time, and oh my goodness!  Everyone is so needy.

The toddler Donny like everyone here is so in need of fun.  Being that there are no toys on this lot, where Cisco got the toy pony is beyond me.  Naturally his mean streak surfaced and he pretended to give it to Donny, only to natch it away from him at the last moment, dashing the baby's hopes.  Then, he stood and laughed without mercy.

Donny tearfully turns toward the night time fireflies for entertainment.  I didn't know babies would try to catch those.  Even after all these years, I still see something new in this game.

The family managed to scrape enough money together to buy tents to sleep in, all the while gaining nature enthusiasm.  The young lady Great is chatting with is one of the neighbors who stopped by and to the looks of it, has over stayed her welcome.  It is getting late, and  Great needs to get some rest himself.  Taking care of all those kids can't be easy.

Putting off spending money until the last minute, Great finally invests in a toilet the second day.  It was installed in back of the house, where a person could do their business in semi privacy.

Look there she is again.  The neighbor.  (ASimWen can't remember her name).  Barry seems to be making friends with her.  Taking no interest, Great is striding into the house as if he were on a mission.  Cisco and Penny managed to exchange decent words so there was no fight started....and Ivy is teaching Donny nursery rhymes, keeping his mind off fussing.  And he is building friendship with his sister as well.

ACK!!!  What is going on here??  Ivy is poking Alexandria in the middle of the chest...and Cisco is taking pleasure in the attack.

Now it is Alexandra and Penny, while Cisco and Ivy cheer them on.

And on.  Yes, there are no tents in the picture, we are out of chronological order.  Eh.  Isn't this a desolate place?

Great managed to feed his kids with jello.  He would put out plates and plates of it, as he did not trust himself to cook.

He would try to make money buy digging for treasure, and alas it always seemed to elude him.  He did invest in a bookshelf and a sofa so his children could read comfortably.

He snagged a job in the adventure field, and even got a promotion.  But it seemed as soon as he would bring in a little money, it was spent right away on something the family had dire need of.  And, it was spent on a nanny.

Donny, grown by the time this picture was taken,  seemed to like her.  Needless to say Donny only learned one of his childhood skills, and that was to go potty.  If there is time to only learn one in ASimWen's game, that is the one that is taught.  Alexandra would sit camly and do her homework if she wasn't too grouchy.  Speaking of homework....

It was tough getting the kids to settle down and do it.  Not wanting any of his children to fail, Great spent some precious funds on a neat row of pink flamingos for them to kick around when they got home from school, immediately bringing up their fun levels.  Heck, they didn't even like each other enough to play red hands together.

Yes, they did not like each other, not one bit.

In fact they disliked each other so much, they began wishing each other dead.

Occasionally neighborhood children would accompany the Warrior children home on the school bus.  For some reason, friendship never seemed to develop.

Mamma eventually began to visit her family.  The neighborhood children seemed to "hang around" forever.  Erm.

It appeared that Mamma wished her family dead as well.

Agony.  Poor Ivy is frightened by Mamma over a crying Donny.  As you can see, Barry is making use of a shower that was installed at the back of the house along side the toilet.

Great checked the paper every day for a job in Slacker, but  there were never openings.  So he switched jobs here and there, to get a few bucks of bonus money at the lower levels.  And he dug the ground every day.  No nice treasure bonus.

Donny was drawn to the Leader of the Pack, and pet him every chance he could.  Sorta hoping for a werewolf interaction here when Donny grows up.  The wolf cames around often because of all the activity on the lot, what with everyone outside almost all the time and all.

Speaking of being outside so much, although there were no pictures taken of it because ASimWen was busy keeping everyone alive, the winter turned out to be quite mild.  The Warriors managed to get by with nothing but a hot chocolate machine in the house to warm up with.  This forced everyone to stand around and make awkward conversation while sipping as there really was no room in the house to get into a fist fight.  Relationship points actually began to rise.

At one point one of the Warrior children did keel over frozen, then someone whipped out a hairdryer and thawed him/her out, without interaction from ASimWen.  I have to say, that actual play occured a couple of weeks ago, and I am struggling to remember who/what/when without pictures to point the way to jog my memory.

Cisco actually received a warning about being a bad boy.

He was the first one of the Warrior children to age to teen.  Yes, the childhood of the Warrior children was whirlwind.  Note all the homework laying around in the yard.

This is the end of chapter one.  Chapter two will center on the dreaded teen years.

Thanks for reading!
